L’Auberge du Zoo offers a cuisine that gives pride of place to fresh, local and seasonal produce. Alsatian specialties rub shoulders with house creations. The menu includes a wide selection of fish and evolves every three months according to the seasons.
Spécialités : foie gras de canard maison ; duo d’os à moelle ; filet de saint-pierre aux truffes; tête de veau vinaigrette ; côte de veau châtaignes, poires confites ; vol au vent, cuisine bourgeoise ; jarret de porc, au munster ; torche aux marrons, végétarien.
