Nicolas BOISSIERE opens his first neo-bistro with an open kitchen. In L’Atelier Ramey you choose from the menu at midday. In the evening, the taster menu is de rigeur: soup, starter, main course and dessert. The items on the menu change every day according to the arrival of fresh ingredients. Every evening the little workshop next door opens as a wine bar.
Spécialités : terrine de boudin noir poêlé, remoulade de céleri au raifort . côte de boeuf maturée ; baba au rhum ; raisins ananas confit et chantilly.
Depuis 1 an, L’Atelier Ramey dispose en annexe d’un bar à vin “Le Petit Atelier”.
