Marie Bouvier, great-grandmother of the chef, founded the restaurant in 1927. From 1946 to 2001, her daughter-in-law, Yolande Bouvier, called Mother Bouvier, consolidated the restaurant’s reputation thanks to local specialities. She is helped by her daughter, Marcelle Paccoud, mother of Lionel.
Spécialités : cuisses de grenouilles sautées comme en Dombes ; poulet fermier de l’Ain à la crème façon Grand-mère Bouvier ; chaud-froid de framboises et de fruits d’été, parfumé au Beaumes-de-Venise, végétarien.
