Christopher Coutenceau's restaurant is the jewel in the crown of La Rochelle's gastronomy. In the establishment founded by his father Richard in 1984, this "fisherman chef" passionately defends eco-responsible fishing and short circuits. His dishes give pride of place to seafood and local products. The cellar is one of the most beautiful in France with no less than 22 000 bottles.
