En Marge stands on the hills of Aureville, 15 minutes from the Capitole at the centre of Toulouse. The restaurant occupies a renovated 19th century farmhouse: the backbone of the building has been preserved but a touch of architectural design completes the structure with sobriety. The restaurant enjoys an open terrace giving onto a magnificent garden, with views over the pond, the vegetable garden and vineyards.
