Monique and Jean Michel Bachon welcome you with their elegant new décor. Here you will be invited to enjoy their cuisine, which brings together creativity with regional produce.
Spécialités : Classiques de saison : ris de veau aux morilles ou petitspois et kumquat ; lamproie à la bordelaise ; charlotte de canard confit ; lièvre à la royale; raviole ouverte poêlée de banane, caramel grand rhum ; tartelette à la violette et pamplemousse.
