Located in the Catalan village of Casteil, at the foot of Mt Canigou, and open since 2010, La Mirabelle restaurant prides itself on offering a refined cuisine with a modern twist, combining original influences and flavours. The dishes are created using the best local, seasonal ingredients.
Spécialités : calamars croustillants aux herbes de Belesta ; soupe de poissons, bouillabaise revisitée ; rascasse au yuzu et algues croustillantes ; pommes en 3 textures, chocolat du Brazil, gingembre et Kalamansi, végétarien, saumon écossais.
Unusual informations
Le Roi Philippe de Belgique a visité et résidé à la Mirabelle, 3 jours en 1/2 pension en mai 2018 (il a adoré le style de cuisine) avec son entourage et son fils (15 personnes au total).
