La Table du Cardinal is located near the 16th-century Porte de Ville and the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, and it is an indispensable gourmet stopover in the town. Chef Alexandre BOGAERT serves a cuisine which is sophisticated and characterful at the same time, mixing local ingredients and exotic flavours. Stéphanie, his wife, manages the pleasant dining room, decorated with knickknacks and antique furniture taking you back to past times.
