Since 1837, this confectioner has perpetuated the tradition and continues cooking in a cauldron, while carefully selecting quality ingredients. To its wide range of homemade nougats, the Fabrique Arnaud Soubeyran adds a selection of Provençal sweets, a tea room, a lunchtime restaurant and a Nougat Museum, located within the nougaterie itself! A playful and gourmet stroll to the rhythm of the workshops and kitchens in activity!
