This family farm produces with passion and good humor farm cheeses made from raw milk. Edith and Hélène, perpetuate a know-how: the cheeses are exclusively made from the milk of their herd and are made in the old way, in a traditional copper vat, with the milk still warm from milking. They are then matured for several months.
