A resolutely Southwestern restaurant, this gourmet bistro defines itself as an ambassador for its region, both in the food it serves and the quality of its welcome and service. The dishes on the menu are entirely made with fresh ingredients and concocted by a team of professionals. The cellar is like the kitchen: exclusively from the Southwest, with a selection of 27 local vines, some of which are not very well known. The beers come from Les Frères Brasseurs brewery.
