Along the canals of Bergues, in one of Frances most beautiful fortified towns, in a building dating back to 1597, this famous, traditional location serves regional cuisine, cooked on a wood fire. You are served by waiters in historic costume at large tables and benches, to the sound of authentic music.
Spécialités : cochon de lait ; grillades ; os à moelle ; jarret d’agneau à la bière ; carbonnade flamande ; tripier ; fromage de Bergues ; crème brûlée à la chicorée.
