The third generation at the helm, Chef Jean-Michel Lorain perpetuates the path of a family, a house, and all the collaborators who have succeeded one another for more than 70 years at the Côte Saint-Jacques... . Nestled on the banks of the Yonne, the old inn, created by his grandmother Marie in 1945, has become a monument of French gastronomy. The cuisine takes you on a journey between very creative dishes and some great classics such as the famous black pudding with a magnificent mousseline purée.
