The chef uses his talent with ingredients from the market to prepare recreated and flavourful dishes. He gives prominence to local ingredients, sea food, the local fishing catch and the flavours of buckwheat which show that he is a native of Brittany. In this atmosphere, filled with Breton specialties, well being is guaranteed. The restaurant is located in Les Hôpitaux village.
