Château Richeux - Restaurant le Coquillage

Near Cancale, the restaurant Le Coquillage is situated in a cosy stone house from the 1920s in the heart of the Château de Richeux. Following the footsteps of his father Olivier, Breton chef Hugo Roellinger magnifies a cuisine that is oriented towards the sea and its abyssal depths. His marine menu features shellfish, seaweed and spices supplied by small-scale fishermen and growers on the Emerald Coast.
