La Truite de la Loue

Cathy and Vincent Grandmougin welcome you to their restaurant on the bank of the Loue, a river renowned for its trout fishing. During your gourmet stay you will be invited to taste the chef’s regional cuisine in which trout has a place of honour (it is a house speciality). A fine and yet affordable cuisine to enjoy indoors in the rustic-style dining room, or on the terrace with views over the village.

Spécialités : terrine de campagne maison aux deux compotes ; feuilleté de truite rose, sauce savagnin ; truite belle meunière ou truite rôtie, aux morilles ; truffe au chocolat sur crème anglaise.
