This gourmet restaurant, surrounded by a beautiful shady park, is located 13 km from Toulouse, in an old woad drying house built of beautiful pink bricks, which later became a wine store. Pierre Antoine Fremolle, manager and chef, loves to welcome his customers and offer them the chance to taste a classical and sophisticated cuisine which takes its inspiration from noble local produce.
