In this XVth century building, the chef Alexis Letellier and his sommelier wife Alice have at heart to highlight the products of Loir-et-Cher by associating them with the flavors of the world. Settled since 2016, the young couple works closely with local producers and brings to light the wines of the Loire Châteaux region.
