A native of the Loire region, Jean-François Pantaleon has returned to his roots by opening his restaurant Roza in Nantes, after having worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants (La Grande Cascade, Le Meurice, Apicius...). Ambassador of the products of his region, he shares his creations through an unpretentious cuisine.
