Run for 20 years by Jean Claude ASCERY, known as KAKO, backed up by his chef E. KLEIN and his manager C. CARPENA, this unmissable restaurant, located behind the market hall in St Jean de Luz, serves dishes made of fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by a selection of wines, in a warm and lively atmosphere. In the holiday season you will be welcomed onto a sunny terrace, while in winter a shiny metal bar and posters and paintings by Basque artists create an authentic bistro atmosphere.
