This beautiful red house, given the Basque name Etchegorry, has been serving the specialities of Southwest France and the Basque Country for more than 45 years. You will be charmed and refreshed in this famed restaurant where legs of ham and strings of peppers hang from the ceiling. At the same address since 1962, the restaurant is nowadays an institution.
