This welcoming restaurant is a landmark in Tremblay sur Mauldre in the ÎIe de France region. Although Laurent Trochain loves cooking of all styles and all places of origin, his cuisine doesn’t forget his birthplace, the North, where cheeses reign supreme.

Spécialités : la cuisine autour des produits de notre potager, éleveurs, maraichers des terroirs de France mais plus particulièrement des Yvelines.

Nous avons des poules de Houdan dans notre jardin (poules originaires des Yvelines).
