The Hostellerie Le Cèdre is nestled in grounds planted with ancient trees and looks on to the walls of the old town. It has 40 rooms with a sophisticated decoration. Le Clos du Cèdre occupies the old house of a master winegrower : you will be made welcome in its dining rooms or on the terrace when the weather is good.
Spécialités : Tartare de thon rouge et nectarine, poitrine de porc séché, sauce basilic, poivron et pignon de pain ; porc mangalitza rôti, girolles et artichaut, codiment mûre et jus réduit moutardé ; abricot poêlé au miel, note de sapin et sorbet parfumé aux fruits sauvages.
