The Restaurant de l’Arbre is nestled in a green setting at the heart of the historic Bouvines plain, on the route of the famous Paris-Roubaix bike race. In a contemporary decor chef Yorann Vandriessche serves a cuisine of up to date tastes, in which fish and seafoods have a place of honour. The recipes follow the rythm of the seasons and bring out the flavours of ingredients which have been painstakingly selected. On good days you can take advantage of the panoramic terrace.
